Agreement
By using getstylewave.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by STYLEWAVE LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, 368 S Eagle Creek Dr, Lexington, KY 40515, United States.

Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent place the order. You must provide a truthful U.S. shipping address.

Products
We sell fashion jewelry and accessories. Colors on a monitor are an approximation. Plated finishes can fade. Product pages control the description; marketing photos do not add materials that are not listed.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, an obvious price error, a missing item, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel after a charge, we refund the original method within seven (7) business days.

Pricing and availability
Prices are USD and may change until you complete checkout. Stock can run out between the time you add a ring to the cart and the time you pay.

Shipping and risk
Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier delivers to the address you entered, or when the carrier marks the package delivered, whichever the carrier records. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns
Returns follow the Return and Refund Policy. That page controls windows, condition, and refund timing.

Accounts
You are responsible for the password on a store account. Tell us if you think someone used it.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that overloads the server, post false reviews, or use stolen payment methods.

Intellectual property
The StyleWave name, site design, product photos we commission, and written copy belong to STYLEWAVE LLC or our licensors. You may not copy listing photos to resell the same images.

Reviews
If you submit a review or photo, you give us a non-exclusive right to display it on the store. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.

Disclaimer
The site and products are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Jewelry is sold for personal adornment. It is not medical device jewelry and is not sold as an investment.

Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, STYLEWAVE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

Indemnity
You will indemnify STYLEWAVE LLC against claims that arise from your misuse of the site or from content you submit.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal consumer protections that cannot be waived still apply.

Disputes
Email support@getstylewave.com first and give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue. If we cannot resolve it, courts located in Kentucky have jurisdiction, except where a law requires otherwise for consumers.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the store policy set will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
