Rings
U.S. sizes are listed on the product page. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for wider bands and the closer size for thin bands. Measure an existing ring’s inner diameter in millimeters and compare it to a standard U.S. ring chart. We do not resize fashion rings.
Necklaces
Length is measured end to end, including the clasp, unless the page says otherwise. Common lengths:
- 14–16 inches: choker
- 18 inches: sits near the collarbone on most adults
- 20–24 inches: sits lower
Extender chains, when included, are named on the page.
Earrings
Listings state drop length or hoop diameter. Posts are for pierced ears unless the page says clip-on.
Belts
Measure your waist or hip at the point you will wear the belt. Compare that number to the size chart on the listing. Do not go by pants size alone.
Sunglasses
Use the lens width, bridge, and temple measurements on the page if they are listed. Fashion frames are styled to the photo; they are not prescription frames.
Scarves
Dimensions are on the product page. Fabric content is listed there as well.
Hair accessories
Claw clips list an approximate length. Stretch varies by hair thickness. If a clip is too small for thick hair, return it unused under the 30-day policy.
If a size is wrong when the item arrives, start a return within 30 days. We do not mark size-exchange orders as our shipping error unless we sent a different size than the one you purchased.
